The Best/Cheapest most reliable place to buy CTW???

Hey all as the title states where/what is the best/cheapest place you guys purchased/have seen CTW's for sale? Im sick of constantly fixing/upgrading my normal aegs and want to just buy something nice and be done with it. Doesn't have to necessarily be in the States. Also if you know any of the retailers give a military discount that would be great too. Thanks in advance for any feedback!!
