Need Help - please

Hello,
I have a CTW 500 fps cylinder used and operated with a fully charged lipo 11.1 with 2400m/Ah. The cylinder was not reared. I would then insert the 380 fps cylinder again. However, the case would not close because the Gears were in the wrong position. I then, without cylinder pulls the trigger so that the Gears were right again.
Now the gun does not shoot more. the blue light is on so I do not think the fuse is broken.
Can help me here one?

does it make any sound at all when you pull the trigger?

when you tried the 500fps cylinder, it made any weird sound? did it fire at all with it?

No the 500 fps cylinder has not shout. I have pull the trigger an d the Gun makes a sound like _grum_ and the Box stand.
After that- i let the gears turn, without any cylinder, in the start position.
An now-
No sound, no gear movement. Absolut nothing. Only the blue light is on.

did it smelled like burned electronics before it failed?

you said that without any cylinder, the gears turned normally? if so, I think the motor failed, meaning you need someone to repair it, or get a new one
