Good morning.

Just wanted to add a comment for all UK /Europe CTW owners that you can buy parts direct from the UK as S-T-T-S (the UK Distributor) have ALL CTW parts in UK stock holding.

Send them an email at info@s-t-t-s.co.uk and they can ship to JD Airsoft for collection, or ship to you direct (but you still pay JD as they dont deal direct).

Not taking anything from HSA as they are great guys to deal with, but UK Customs WILL charge you VAT and Duty so can work out a little expensive in the end

thank you for the compliment.
a lot of users on this board know that HSA is the only Service Center in USA and that we are dealing with Celcius from the very first CTW release and same with Systema PTW's.
On a side note, since this is a worldwide board and we do ship worldwide as well, I would like you to notice that this is an HSA thread and is definitely not the place to advertise about other Companies. I am sure they are great Companies to deal with but it will be greatly appreciated if you could post about them on their own threads and keep ours clean.
This will be greatly beneficial for all users of this board.

Roger that - it was just a comment to a fellow UK CTW owner to be cautious about the VAT and duty charges on imports from abroad as UK Customs are now VERY hot on airsoft product imports.

Hi HSA, I've just been looking on your site & have found the Magpul CTR stock I've been searching for

Usually we recommend USPS Priority Main International about $25 (Insured) (6-10 days)if you need it sooner EMS (3-5 days) about $45....let me know!

Ah, that would be why the quote said about $17 for shipping on your website
So do I order from your site or via email?

$17 might be the shipping than you add the insurance. Also to avoid as much as possible breakages and packages been lost, we don't ship anything "Envelope".
