I got a Perr Mike barrel extension for my CTW Team Alpha CQBr, the CQBR unfortunately has an extended barrel
In order to fit one of mikes barrel extensions, I had to drill 10mm x 10mm from the inside of the barrel extension to make it fit.

Yeah, I just did that to the little barrel extension I made for myself.
The next project is L119a1 extension for a friend so it will be up to me to machine it out anyway,
