What rail systems should i be looking at? real steel or airsoft or both? Im after a troy battle rail free floating one but not sure if it will fit being ACM, cheers guys joe

I have heard for madbull mk18's and omega etc you need to re-thread your upper receiver. (Madbull do a tool to do this)

Also heard the the UTX fits fine, Ares RIS (£115) is supposed to fit fine. I've also heard G&P ris fits fine.

Also noveske rails fit, but need a different adapter that you order seperately which cost £20 IIRC.

Ill take a looksies. Had my heart set on the troy but at 95 its a bit steep.

right ive gone all out and paid £109 for an 11" troy trx battle rail by madbull, now ive heard from odin on here that it will fit no issues, how true is this?

From my experience mate, it'll fit fine, i've put a clone and madbull noveske rail on mine.

I changed the delta ring once as well, changed it back now, as the one that comes with the CTW is rock solid.

I think the RIS is one thing that you don't need to worry about, stock is a different story...
