Hot Spot Airsoft- bad luck?

Has anyone else had an absolutely terrible experience with Hot Spot Airsoft? I've had terrible luck and customer service from these guys, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. At this point, I don't think Celcius as a company should recommend them to work on CTWs...
