Hi,
I bought a CTW Max 2009 with a 1200 mAh 11,1 V 20C Li-Po a 110 and a 150 cylinder.
Now my problem is that when i want to use the 150er cyl the gear just makes a uneasy sound. When I open the M4 the bolt is pulled back really slow back came back slow too.
Some dudes said that the older versions doesnt work with the 150 cyl some are saying it works just with a stronger Li-Po.
What shall I do ?

Im sorry for my bad englisch but Im from germany Wink

hey your battery is strong enough are you trying to use an older version with a newer cylinder because the newer cylinder isnt compatible with the older gun and the older cyl with the newer gun

My problem is that i have to pay taxes (19%) und the deliver costs (20$) so it will be even the same price AND i havent any garantee.
Anyway thank you for the info.

hey where do you live and i dont think it is a problem with your motor once again are you trying to use an older cylinder with a new gun or old gun with a new cylinder. and look at hot spotairsoft.com or evike.com if your going to get a new motor. You can even use coupon codes for 10 to 20 percent off just google the website name with coupon codes.... you should look into a tacleberry motor he is a ptw guru and the number 1 person to mess with these guns no one is more trusted. i am sending my lower next month for him to waterproof my ecu and rewind my motor and whatever else he does to it.

The Celcius battery is a "wimp" when it comes to constant amp draw which is why you are having problems trying to pull the heaviest 150 spring. Your LiPo is only 1.2 X 20 = 24AMP that is the lowest spec constant amp battery that will run the gun. I'll bet if you run a high amp battery like a 2.2 X 20C = 44AMP http://tinyurl.com/4wfckxd you'll be able to run that 150 cylinder.

Tackleberry is great Airsoft/PTW Tech but he isn't the only person that can offer those services for PTWs

• He "was" the only one offering to rewind PTW motors but now you can buy JG Golden Eagle High Power High Torque Motor for PTW http://tinyurl.com/4hkbywb spend the same money and keep your original as a backup. read more about the JG motor here: http://tinyurl.com/4ntbd6a

• If you are comfortable taking apart your PTW and know how to remove your ECU boards you can "waterproof" them yourself with a product called CorrosionX http://tinyurl.com/4qvq4jz . I have waterproofed ex$pen$ive R/C servos and speed controls for YEARS with this stuff. Just buy the 16.oz Trigger Spray liquid and find a small cup/bowl that you can immerse your ECU boards in ... air dry and your electronics are now water-resistant.

• His original hop-up mod was just changing the rubber to a thick silicon tubing used for R/C Helicopters aka Hirobo (brand) Silicon Fuel line IIRC he charged A LOT for that "secret" mod.

I tried today a 11.1 5400 mah Li-Po with the same result : the gear cant use the 150er ... i will buy the next month a new gear, hope it works then.

you guys shouldnt be using the systema cylinder, and the 20c 2400mah celcius battery has more than enough power to pull a 150 spring, i know a friend who put a 170 spring in his gun it was boss he changed it out cuz he was hurting people

The original poster said they wer trying to pull a 150 with 20C/1200mAh batt = not enough amps

Systema and Celcius cylinders are interchangeable ... I have both platforms and have swapped cylinders with no issues

Your "friend" who was using a 170 vs. people is an idiot, stunts like that will be the end of this sport
